On the afternoon of February 27, welcomed by Party Committee Secretary Chengyi Luo, Associate President Hongyu Xia, and Cunxi Lei, a delegation of Spectrum Aviation Systems, Inc. (USA), including President/CEO Frank Blaha, member of the board of directors, Bang Xu, and Associate CEO Bing Wang, visits Hunan City University, in the company of Jie Xia, Associate Heshan District Mayor, and Biao Zhou, Director of New Helong Disctrict, Zhifang Li, Debuty Director of the Development and Reform Bureau. Hosted by Hongyu Xia, a meeting is carried out in the No.1 conference room of Office Building. Dean of School of Continuing Education, Dean of School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Director of International Exchange also attend the meeting.
At the meeting, after a warm welcome on behalf of Party Committee and the administrations of Hunan City University to the delegation and an introduction of basic information to the university, Chengyi Luo points out that the university has a relatively complete range of disciplines and wishes that the university could have a cooperation with the company. He also suggests that both sides realize the cooperation on talent education and training as soon as possible with a pragmatic attitude.
Frank Blaha shows gratitude to the warm welcome from the university and introduces the information of the company which he says has a great professional and technical advantage in aviation with the opening of low altitude area in China. He also wishes that the two sides could cooperate in academic education, professional training and talent cultivation.
