Recently, leaders of the supervision company of our university went to the First Highway Engineering Bureau of the Ministry of Transport of China to discuss the supervision cooperation of PPP project of Xinjiang Bazhou transportation infrastructure (C project package). Luo Yujun, the head of the supervision company of the First Highway Engineering Bureau, extended a warm welcome to Guo Qiyang (the general manager of supervision company of our university) and his delegation. Luo also introduced the PPP project of the Xinjiang Bazhou transportation infrastructure (C project package).
After the discussion, the two sides reached a consensus on supervision cooperation in the PPP project of the Xinjiang Bazhou transportation infrastructure (C project package), and also achieved the intention of cooperation in the areas of highway and bridge engineering, housing construction engineering, municipal public engineering and other aspects of business cooperation and qualification upgrading.
It has been decided at the meeting that the supervision company of our university will undertake the supervision work of the three first and second grade highways, namely S340 Highway(from Hal Morton to Bayinguoleng), highway from Cedaya to S340 Huoergutu, G314 from Yeyungou Overpass to Layisu Overpass. The total mileage of the highways is 425 kilometers and the total expenses of construction and erection is 6.88 billion yuan. The period of supervision service will be three years.
Guo Qiyang said at the meeting that the company would select the outstanding professional and technical personnel and would try to complete the project with high quality and efficiency. He also said it was a great honor for him to participate in the "The Belt and Road" project construction. (By Zhang Yifang)
